SBK Evo Kawasaki Riders
David Salom (KRT SBK Evo) battled against a painful right hand after his handlebar snapped back on him as he rode out a tank-slapper in free practice today. The Ninja ZX-10R rider came back to ride in Superpole One and finished 17th.

Kawasaki Evo riders closed out all the positions from 19th to 23rd on the Magny Cours grid, with Sheridan Morais (Iron Brain Kawasaki SBK Team) 18th and Fabien Foret (Kawasaki Team Pedercini), Jeremy Guarnoni (MRS Kawasaki), Alessandro Andreozzi (Team Pedercini Kawasaki) and Bryan Staring (Iron Brain Kawasaki SBK Team) ranged out behind.

Superstock 1000 FIM Cup
Lorenzo Savadori (Kawasaki Team Pedercini) secured a strong pole position in the Stock 1000 class on his Ninja ZX-10R, as he approaches Sunday's race ready to fight for the championship win itself. His main rival for the crown fell in final qualifying, without injury, but now starts from 11th place on the grid for what is scheduled to be a 15-lap race championship-decider on Sunday afternoon.

The next best Kawasaki rider in Stock 1000 qualifying at Magny-Cours was Swiss Sebastien Suchet (Team BSR Kawasaki) in fifth place, with Matthieu Lussiana (Kawasaki Team Garnier by Aspi) in sixth. David McFadden (MRS Kawasaki) slotted in ninth and Romain Lanusse (Team Pedercini Kawasaki) was 14th from 27 riders at his home event.

Superstock 600 European Championship
First time Stock 600 rider Toprak Razgatioglu (Bike Service Racing Kawasaki) scored an astounding race win against more experienced opposition on a Ninja ZX-6R, after a tough and close competition that saw the top four riders covered by 0.898 seconds at the flag. Ilya Mikhalchik (Team Go Eleven Kawasaki) was fourth.

Marco Faccani (Kawasaki San Carlo Team Italia) had already won the championship last time out but he was unlucky to be knocked off as he exited the Adelaide hairpin with two laps to go in today’s race. He retired, but ended the season still 43 points from his closest challenger.

Andrea Tucci, Faccani’s San Carlo Team Italia team-mate, ended his season in third place overall, after finishing sixth in the Magny-Cours race.
